Xtel has won the Middlesex Regional Educational Services Commission Alliance for Competitive Telecom (ACT) bid for discounted long distance phone service for the bid term 07/01/12 through 06/30/15. Xtel has been the winning bid recipient since the program’s inception in 2001.
