Doolin has been an integral part of the Xtel team for over 20 years, during which she has embraced the changing nature of the telecommunications industry by refining her skills and positioning her team for success with steadfast dedication and excellence.
Doolin believes in using every challenge as an opportunity to learn and improve, as evidenced by her initial role as VOIP provisioner and support representative to Customer Support Manager and eventual rise to Director of Partner and Customer Relations. This belief has guided Doolin towards roles and projects that allow her to develop unexplored skills and push herself and her team beyond their comfort zone. Embracing the unknown helps Doolin enrich her professional experiences while empowering her team to realize their full potential as leaders in the customer service space.
Outside of providing exceptional customer support at Xtel, Doolin spends her free time with her family. Self-proclaimed weekend warriors, they enjoy being together and on the go going to family parties, sporting events or a quick trip to the Poconos.
