Middlesex Regional Educational Services Commission (MRESC), the acting lead agency for the Alliance for Competitive Telecommunications (ACT) program has awarded Xtel Communications the ACT Bid #MRESC 13/14 – 49 for discounted Wide Area Network Services for the bid term 1/17/14 through 1/16/17. MRESC operates the New Jersey State Approved Cooperative Pricing System for the provision of services to its New Jersey K-12 school, library, and municipal agency members.
