On Sunday June 30th, 2024, I contacted Bill Cohen regarding the fact that our Firewall had crashed leaving our district totally without any internet access. Bill and I had been discussing the replacement of the existing firewall, but budget constraints hampered the process. Nonetheless, Bill was able to create a work order that was sent to our Superintendent for signature within an hour or so. The best part was that Xtel had a Firewall in stock and was able to configure and install it in less than 24 hours bringing our district back to full functionality.
